How to Book
You can now book online for all events. Simply visit the show page and click on the ‘Book Now’ link.
The Ticket Office is open for telephone bookings Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm or later if there is a performance on at the Wyvern, with the exception that the Ticket Office closes for telephone bookings half an hour before the evening performance begins on performance days.

In Person at the Wyvern Theatre
Tickets for all shows at the Wyvern Theatre and Swindon Arts Centre can be purchased at the Wyvern Theatre Ticket Office. The opening hours are Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm, or until 15 minutes after a Wyvern Theatre performance begins. On Sundays and Bank Holidays the Ticket Office is closed unless there is a performance at the Wyvern, in which case it is open from 1 hour 30 minutes before the performance and until 15 minutes after the performance begins.
In Person at the Arts Centre
The Ticket Office at the Arts Centre will be open 60 minutes before the performance.

- Cheque (with bankers card)
- Wyvern Theatre gift vouchers
- Theatre Tokens
All prices shown online and in our brochure are inclusive of booking fees. All telephone, in person and online bookings are subject to booking fees. No booking fees are paid by Wyvern Friends membership holders or groups of 8+.
Safety & Security
Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us. We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding.
Should you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please don’t hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.
Tickets can be reserved for 5 working days or 48 hours before the show, whichever is appropriate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled or where there is a material change to the event - read more about Ticket Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same show subject to availability and a handling charge of £2 per booking.
On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.
This is provided by a third-party called Secure My Booking.
From time to time the Wyvern Theatre and Swindon Arts Centre would like to let you know about future productions we think you may be interested in and special offers. We will ask your consent for this when you book your tickets. If you would prefer not to receive such information please inform the member of staff who answers your call.
The Wyvern Theatre Ltd is committed to complying with the Data Protection Act (2018) and to upholding the principles of good information handling practice. When booking online your details will be used to inform you about forthcoming events. You have the opportunity to opt out of this during the time you are making your booking. - Under 16s
- Full-time students
- People who are Registered Disabled
Full-time students in education can purchase unsold tickets for just £5, in person one hour prior to any performance.
Wheelchair users pay the lowest ticket price available and if accompanied by a carer, the carer’s ticket is free of charge. Please advise us of your needs at the time of booking.
We also have an infra-red Sennheiser system fitted in the main auditorium for people with hearing difficulties.
