In-Person at the Wyvern Theatre
The Box Office is now open 11am to 3pm and 4pm to 6pm, Mon to Sat.
In Person at the Arts Centre
The Ticket Office at the Arts Centre will be open 60 minutes before the performance.
All purchases can be made using contactless or card payment methods and we will no longer accept cash payments on site.We do not accept American Express.
- A £3.65 transaction fee may apply to your order.
- Some events may carry a different booking fee; charged per ticket. Any advertised prices will include any per-ticket fee that may apply
- There is no booking fee for members
Safety & Security
Your safety is our number one priority and there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us. We will aim to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding.
Should you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please don’t hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.
Tickets can be reserved for 7 days or 48 hours before the show, whichever is appropriate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled or where there is a material change to the event - read more about Ticket Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same show subject to availability and a handling charge of £2 per booking.
On selected events we offer ticket protection which allows you to obtain a refund on your tickets should you be unable to attend for a number of reasons - like illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more.
This is provided by a third-party called Secure My Booking.
From time to time the Wyvern Theatre and Swindon Arts Centre would like to let you know about future productions we think you may be interested in and special offers. We will ask your consent for this when you book your tickets. If you would prefer not to receive such information please inform the member of staff who answers your call.
The Wyvern Theatre Ltd is committed to complying with the Data Protection Act (2018) and to upholding the principles of good information handling practice. When booking online your details will be used to inform you about forthcoming events. You have the opportunity to opt out of this during the time you are making your booking. The following are entitled to concession prices where stated:
- Over 60s
- Under 16s
- Full-time students
- People who are Registered Disabled
Any child over 12 months (unless stated otherwise) must have their own ticket, whether they use the seat or on your lap.
Full-time students in education can purchase unsold tickets for just £5.00, in person, at the venue, one hour prior to most performances.
Wheelchair users pay the lowest ticket price available and if accompanied by a carer, the carer’s ticket is free of charge. Please advise us of your needs at the time of booking.
We also have an infra-red Sennheiser system fitted in the main auditorium for people with hearing difficulties.
