Request Refund Voucher
Due to someone in your party having COVID
You are only able to use this form if:
- Someone in your party has tested positive for COVID (either LFT or PCR)
- We may ask for proof
- Your event is within the next 7 days
- Your event takes place more than 8 hours in the future
- For example: if your event is at 8pm you must let us know before 12 noon.
We aim to process your request within 48 hours and you will receive an email once your tickets have been cancelled and a voucher refund has been issued. Your voucher will be attached to your email and can be used straight away to book any future event. It will be valid for 3 months.
For group bookings of 5 or more, only the affected attendees are eligible for a refund voucher.
